Information we process
We process a randomly generated device identifier, license status, activation records, and the transaction information needed to deliver and support your license. Paddle separately collects payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and receipt information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
How we use it
We use this information to complete purchases, issue and validate licenses, enforce the device limit, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
Storage and sharing
The device identifier may be stored in your browser and sent to our licensing service. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the checkout, payment, hosting, database, and licensing functions, or when required by law. Paddle handles payment data under Paddle’s Privacy Notice.
Retention and security
We retain license and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the license, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and satisfy accounting or legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
