Terms of Service
1. The product
Allergen Menu Pro is a digital tool for preparing allergen matrices, QR menus, specials boards, themes, and related menu materials. The purchase is a one-time license for one venue and may be activated on up to three devices.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking every ingredient, allergen declaration, translation, and published menu before use. The product supports your workflow; it does not replace supplier records, trained staff, professional advice, or compliance with food-information laws. Do not rely on generated output as the sole basis for an allergy-safety decision.
3. License restrictions
You may use the product for your venue’s own operations. You may not resell, sublicense, share, reverse engineer, bypass activation limits, or use the product unlawfully. We may suspend a license affected by fraud, chargeback, misuse, or a material breach of these terms.
4. Availability and updates
We aim to keep the product available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may make reasonable changes for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement without removing the essential benefit of a valid license.
5. Payments
Paddle is the merchant of record and processes the transaction, taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. Contact Allergen Menu support at allergenmenucanva@gmail.com for refund requests. Your purchase is also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
6. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Support and changes
For purchase or product support, email allergenmenucanva@gmail.com. We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change; the effective date above will be revised.
