You may request a refund for Allergen Menu Pro within 14 calendar days of purchase. The 14-day period begins on the date shown on your purchase receipt.
How to request a refund
Email Allergen Menu support at allergenmenucanva@gmail.com. Include the email used for the purchase, your transaction number, and a brief reason for the request. Please contact us directly rather than contacting Paddle.
Receiving your refund
We will confirm your request and arrange an eligible refund to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by bank or payment provider. Your license may be deactivated when the refund is issued.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country.
