You may request a refund for Allergen Menu Pro within 14 calendar days of purchase, beginning on the date shown on your receipt.
How to request a refund
Email allergenmenu@proton.me with the purchase email, transaction number, and a brief reason. Please contact us directly rather than contacting Paddle.
Receiving your refund
We will arrange an eligible refund to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider. Your license may be deactivated when the refund is issued.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country.
